    Thadeus Kweyamba M
     

 

 

 

Mr. Kweyamba holds a B.S. Degree in Education and serves as the Principle. He teaches English and History.

I was born in 1980.  I occupy the first position in the family and my siblings are 5.  I began my studies in 1986 and completed primary seven in 1992.  I completed senior 6 in 1998 and completed university in 2004.  I began teaching career way back in 2002.  I have taught in various schools including Bishop Nakyame Memorial College, St. Barnebas College and presently heading Hope Integrated Academy.  My two parents are still residing in Kebete district on the fringes of Uganda and Rwanda.  I am happily married with no child at the moment, though we are expecting.

    Fred Ntale
   

Mr. Ntale holds a Diploma in Law and serves as Assistant Principle. He teaches Entreprenuership, Commerce, and Luganda

Fred Ntale is a male Uganda born on the 4th day of June, 1975 at Kitovu Hospital in the Masaka district of Uganda.  He has three brothers and three sisters.  His father died in November of 2001 after a long illness.  His mother is 56 years old.  He is single with two kids, 5 and 8 years of age respectively.

Mr Ssemukasa is acting Director of Finance

Adrian is 26 years old. He is born and raised in home village of the Hope Academy, Mulobere-Kyetume. He went to school at Balimanyankya primary school, Nanyenyi and Mbirizi secondary schools. Adrian then attended the Kamenyamigo Agricultural Institute.

Mr. Mukasa teaches Fine Art and Agriculture

My name is Mukasa Andrew Amale aged 27.  Born on 21st August in 1981 form Jinja Hospital to Mr. Mukasa Israel and Mrs. Mukasa Margret of Nawansega Village, Ibulanku sub-county Iganga District.  I am the 6th born from a family of 11 children.  I had a difficult upbringing after being born from poverty infested family, but God helped me to attain some education.

    Ivan Tumwebaze
   

 

 

Mr. Tumwebaze teachers Biology and Chemistry.

I am Tumwebaze Ivan aged 21 years and a Ugandan by nationality.  I was born in 1987 in Bukato health centre, Masaka district.  I started my studies in 1992, completed Primary seven in Butale mixed school.  Then joined Good Shepherd High School in 2002 and attained UCE and UACE certificates in 2005 and 2007 respectively.   Currently, I teach biology and chemistry that is in Hope Integrated Academy and Regional College school.

    John Ssimbwa
   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Ssimbwa holds a Certificate in Computer Studies. He teaches computer literacy.

I’m Ssimbwa John, aged 28 years.  Resides in Mulobere-Kyawaggonya Village, Lwengo sub-county.  I stay with my step-mother after the death of both of my parents. Physically, I am disabled and I can fully use one arm (right hand), after getting Polio when I was only 6 months old. I started primary school at Balimanyankya Primary School and St. Joseph Mbiriizi.  Then Entebbe College School and Masaka Vocational Rehabilitation Center for my computer course in 2002-2003 with a certificate in Information Technology. Currently I’m a computer teacher at Hope Integrated Academy and working with Uganda Rural Fund in Volunteer Programmes. I like teaching lower class, literacy class and helping volunteers going in outreach and seminars in translating in our local language. I’m very interested in making good company, great new friends, touring, swimming and also to develop other people’s talents. I would like to go for further studies if I get enough money. I’m single.

    Marissa Carrasco
   
 

Ms. Carrasco holds B.S. in Physics and Education. She teaches Math and Physics from Sept. 2008 - May 2009.

Marissa is a 25 year old teacher from Vancouver, BC, Canada. She completed her bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of British Columbia and after a year of traveling and working, she completed her degree in education, also at UBC. For the past 2 years, Marissa has been teaching science, physics and math at a high school in Vancouver. Marissa has given up her job to fulfill her goal to teach in Uganda. She is really looking forward to this new experience.Math and Physics

Ms. Nyangoma holds an LL.B degree from Makerere University and Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center. Currently Ms. Nyangoma is employed by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs as a State Attorney. She serves as the Legal Consultant for the Academy. S
